synthheart.com is English; synthheart.ru is Russian. Same site, same waitlist, language follows the domain — not a toggle buried in settings.
The public site is on our own host
The marketing pages run on our VPS — not a website builder. DNS and TLS still roll out; until then this is the scaffold you can already read.
